This role ensures each project aligns with the creative vision, operational standards, and strategic objectives while meeting the operational standards needed for expansion.
Acting as a bridge between creative teams, regional production teams, and executive stakeholders, the Global Producer drives the successful delivery of innovative, scalable live experiences across global markets.Key Responsibilities Creative Development and Concept Validation Provide critical input to ensure creative ideas are executable within budgetary and operational constraints.
Collaborate with creative teams to review, refine, and validate concepts for feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
Champion the artistic vision while balancing logistical and practical considerations to deliver exceptional experiences.
Translate creative concepts and visual references into practical implementation in terms of production.
Operational and Budget Management Manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency without compromising creative quality.
Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with regional teams and external vendors to optimize outcomes.
Implement standardized processes to streamline production workflows, ensuring scalability across regions.
Partner Selection Contribute to the selection of the production partner and their due diligence.
Review the scope of work and the deliverables to ensure they align with the project needs and its scalability.
Extend the network of trusted partners and professionals involved in the development of the new Strategic Scalable event.
Innovation and Scalability Develop scalable production strategies to support an expanding portfolio of projects.
Stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and technologies that enhance project outcomes.
Project Leadership Oversee the planning and execution of multiple SSI's across regions, ensuring alignment with global and local needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
