Position Overview The Global Production Director for Fever Innovation Hub is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the production of multiple small-scale live experiences while actively contributing to creative development and concept validation.
This role ensures each project aligns with the creative vision, operational standards, and strategic objectives while meeting the operational standards needed for expansion.
Key Responsibilities Creative Development and Concept Validation Provide critical input to ensure creative ideas are executable within budgetary and operational constraints.
Collaborate with creative teams to review, refine, and validate concepts for feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
Champion the artistic vision while balancing logistical and practical considerations to deliver exceptional experiences.
Translate creative concepts and visual references into practical implementation in terms of production.
Operational and Budget Management Manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency without compromising creative quality.
Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with regional teams and external vendors to optimize outcomes.
Implement standardized processes to streamline production workflows, ensuring scalability across regions.
Partner Selection Contribute to the selection of the production partner and their due diligence.
Review the scope of work and the deliverables to make sure they align with the project needs and its scalability.
Extend the network of trusted partners and professionals involved in the development of the new Strategic Scalable event.
Innovation and Scalability Develop scalable production strategies to support an expanding portfolio of projects.
Stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and technologies that enhance project outcomes.
Project Leadership Oversee the planning and execution of multiple SSI's across regions, ensuring alignment with global and local needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Present progress updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Act as a mentor to junior project managers and producers, guiding them through the creative and production process and fostering their professional growth.
Clearly communicate expectations, project milestones, and any potential challenges.
Quality Assurance Establish and uphold creative and operational quality standards for all projects.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative and operational benchmarks.
Gather and analyze feedback post-delivery to drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Creative and Conceptual Impact: Stakeholder satisfaction, successful concept validation, and creative execution.
Timely Delivery: Projects delivered on or ahead of schedule, with reduced delays due to misalignments.
Budget Adherence: Projects completed within or under budget, with minimal unplanned costs.
Scalability: Introduction of new creative processes or technologies and scalability of operations while maintaining quality.
Quality Metrics: Audience and stakeholder feedback on the quality of live experiences, and the number of revisions required during production.
Operational Efficiency: Reduced process redundancies, time to execution readiness, and streamlined workflows.
Global and Regional Alignment: Positive feedback from regional teams, successful adaptation of global concepts.
Preferred Qualifications Experience: 8–10 years in live entertainment production with a focus on creative involvement.
Skills: Strong leadership, creative evaluation, and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Production, Fine Arts, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge: Familiarity with global live entertainment markets, regional nuances, and emerging industry trends.
Other: Availability to travel internationally as required.
