Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content for Freevee, Amazon's premium free streaming service.We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to aid Amazon International Original Movies & Scripted series. You will use your excellent organizational skills to track each movie and scripted series from setup through production and wrap deliverables. You will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at the studio and show level.Key Job ResponsibilitiesCompile, distribute, and store daily production documents (e.G., contracts, call sheets, calendars, DOOD, and schedules) on the studio network.Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures.Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met.Facilitate communication with show level and studio departments such as Creative, Post, Legal, Finance, BA, Marketing, PR.Coordinate kick-off calls and meetings for each individual project.Update and distribute studio contact lists and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.Track shows to make sure that all deliverables are met as required per guidelines including wrap-out memos and storage facilities for asset transfer and disposal as needed.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.High attention to detail and ability to deal with a high volume workload.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMultiple years of experience in the industry as a Production Coordinator or Assistant at a studio or production company.Experience of on-set physical production experience.Experience working with MMB budget and various MMS schedules (One-Liner, Day Out Of Days, etc.) documents.Experience with MS Office.Fluency in Spanish and English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExcellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.Knowledge of Scenechronize.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
