Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content for Freevee, Amazon's premium free streaming service.We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to aid Amazon International Original Movies & Scripted series. You will use your excellent organizational skills to track each movie and scripted series from setup through production and wrap deliverables. You will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at the studio and show level.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities:Compile, distribute, and store daily production documents (e.G., contracts, call sheets, calendars, DOOD, and schedules) on the studio networkAssist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and proceduresMaintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are metFacilitate communication with show level and studio departments such as Creative, Post, Legal, finance,BA, Marketing, PRCoordinate kick-off calls and meetings for each individual projectUpdate and distribute studio contact lists and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.Track shows to make sure that all deliverables are met as required per guidelines including wrap-out memos and storage facilities for asset transfer and disposal as neededHigh levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationHigh attention to detail and ability to deal with a high volume workload
- Multiple years of experience in the industry as a Production Coordinator or Assistant at a studio or production companyExperience of on-set physical production experienceExperience working with MMB budget and various MMS schedules (One-Liner, Day Out Of Days, etc.) documents.Experience with MS OfficeFluency in Spanish and English
