Have you heard we have a 4-day workweek?We're looking for our next teammate to grow with us - could that be you?ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team full-time.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day production tasks, supporting the post-production process, handling equipment/office logistics and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, self-motivated, an excellent team player and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Basically, someone who is happy to help wherever help is needed and gets a kick out of making the world a more efficient place.If you want to learn about all aspects of audiovisual production at a junior level, we'd love to hear from you.OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is all about lending a helping hand to producers and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Responsibilities include:Assisting in the coordination of pre-production and post-production activities.Supporting office operations and team events.Administrative assistance to the production and creative teams.Maintaining organization in project files.This can look like anything from copying footage to organizing our in-house equipment systems, or overseeing catering at shoots and events.
You'll also work with our team and collaborators on tasks like coordinating shoot equipment rentals, managing subtitle translations, scheduling voice-over recordings in sound studios, and coordinating between editors, motion graphics designers and colorists for final deliveries.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
While prior experience in the audiovisual field is welcome, it is not necessary.
We are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude who is ready to dive in, learn and grow with the team - someone ready to adapt and tackle any task to help Camping run seamlessly.QUALIFICATIONS KEY SKILLSStrong communication skills, written and verbal, in both Spanish and English.
Those not proficient in English need not apply.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Attention to detail and problem-solving.Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Valid driver's license.Prior work or internship experience in any field.Preferred but not required: academic or practical experience in the audiovisual field, an understanding of post-production workflows and familiarity with our project management tools (i.e., Notion, Basecamp, Frame.io).
These are not essential for applying, as long as you are eager and willing to learn.Based in Barcelona.HOW WE WORKWe believe in flexibility and trust, while keeping the human connection that makes work more enjoyable.
