Do you want to help change the world? Learn more about the role: We are currently seeking a Product Trainer . In this important role in the Marketing and Sales organization, you will help grow Enphase Energy's training programs by the development, design, and delivery of product training programs. Depending upon your location, we anticipate this role will be home office based, leading supporting webinars, with customer and Training Site visits two to three days per week and occasional visits to our Corporate offices in Germany or Netherlands and other Enphase locations to meet with colleagues. What you will be doing: Develop sales and technical product training curricula for customers, in cooperation with product development and sales teams. Plan, coordinate and deliver training to customers in order to support the sales of Enphase and new product launches. Maintain training materials, equipment and facilities for ongoing training delivery in regions. Continuously assure full understanding of the Enphase products, customer requirements and competitor offerings and communicate the value and power of Enphase solutions. Co-develop a European training organization with peers across the region. Who you are and what you bring: Educated and/or experienced in electrical engineering and a strong understanding of electrical basics. Solar industry experience (inverters, storage). Track record in developing, organizing and conducting technical product training, in-person seminars, live webinars and recorded online video content. Excellent communications and facilitation skills, fluent Spanish (C2 level) and professional level English (B2 level) languages is essential for the role. Willingness to travel within Spain, for approximately 50% of the time. Experience working remotely with strong self-management and interpersonal skills, also a proven record of establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers, peers, and managers
