Product Trainer Beauty Brand

FUNCTIONS: Partner with marketing, sales, and corporate education teams to develop strategies to achieve annual retail sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date training progress file on all sales staff; provide monthly reportson training activities, including problems encountered and recommendations for improving the performance of the in-store sales team.
Deliver and evaluate "needs-driven" education programs that support and complement the business objectives of the Brand, aligned to individual market needs and in partnership with HQ.
Conduct all education of BAs, including basic training in product knowledge and work system requirements, new product launches, and all other service training.
Direct investigations on customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered conditions of products.
Evaluate the performance of BAs working in the field to ensure high standards of knowledge and performance.
Translate e-learning and training materials.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of training experience in the beauty industry.
Good communication and presentation skills in both Spanish & English.
Good product skills.
Good service skills; facial experience is a plus.
Experience with the salon channel or possession of aromatherapy certification is a plus.
Growth mindset with high flexibility; passionate about the beauty industry.
Total availability to travel.
