WHAT YOU'LL DO:Position operates during an assigned shift between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
Document customer interactions through the ticket management system.Document product knowledge solutions.Research and analyze the detected bugs and provide the adequate solution, escalation of issues to our Tier2 department if necessary.Leverage understanding of the industry, customer's portfolio of products, and their business processes to deliver a personalized experience with every interaction.Manage situations that require real-time solutions and setting clear expectations on resolution plans.Ability to establish relationships and trust with customers during their interactions.Collaboration with engineering teams, implementation and any other required department.Success is measured on Customer satisfaction score, quality assurance score, escalation success rate and achieve or exceed minimum service level agreements.Perform additional duties as required. Required Knowledge:3-5 years' experience providing support or bachelor's degree.Good level of English, Spanish and French/Portuguese.Strong business writing skills.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Microsoft operating system knowledge.Ability to troubleshoot hardware.Understanding of the vacation rental industry.Exceptional customer service skills required; minimum of 2 years providing high quality Customer service and Technical support.Highly energetic and self-motivated - going above and beyond for clients is required.Resourceful, creative, and able to think outside of the box.Willing to take on additional responsibilities.
