As a Product Supply Manager, you will be working in 2 possible areas:
Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: you will be responsible to set up new tool for the long-term capacity plan. You will be responsible for the upstream finished product and material supply management work, and you will lead the process to automate this process.Process Engineering for Wipes: you will be responsible to support specific projects of the masterplan (either innovation or manufacturing team) implementing defined engineering work processes.Your responsibilities will include: Accountable for planning and prioritizing, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and keeping team members advised throughout the project lifecycle.Handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.Handle the relationship with the client and relevant customers.Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Use and continually develop leadership skills.How success looks like: Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities.Continuous mentorship – you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.Work and be part of a dynamic and encouraging environment - working over a diverse array of exciting problems.Promote agility and work/life balance for employees, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting.Get a competitive salary and benefits package.Just so you know: We are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
