What we expect from you:Your mission as a Product Stewardship Technician will consist of interpreting the current chemical product regulations/commitments and anticipating those under development, transferring them to the regulatory compliance systems of Moeve Chemicals and its subsidiaries, and coordinating their implementation and monitoring, assessing the implications on operations/processes.As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:Regulation Monitoring: Monitoring the applicable current regulations for our products, identifying requirements, and ensuring compliance.Representation in Consortiums: Participating and representing the company in REACH Registration Consortiums and safeguarding the company's interests in registration.Management of REACH Registrations: Maintaining and managing new REACH registrations, using the IUCLID tool.Collaboration with Authorities: Acting as the company's contact with authorities and collaborating with them when requesting information and documentation related to our products.Product Stewardship Management System: Participating in the review of processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, establishing controls and KPIs.Hazard Classification and Risk Assessment: Classifying the hazards of substances, conducting risk assessments, and advising on labeling and preparation of safety data sheets.Notifications to Poison Centres: Managing the notifications required to toxicology centers (IUCLID).Participation in Sector Associations: Actively engaging in industry associations to advocate for the company's interests.Monitoring Emerging Regulations: Evaluating the impact of new regulations, communicating findings to the business, and proposing action plans.Regulatory Advice: Supporting the design of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance.Customer Service: Providing regulatory information about products, addressing inquiries, and managing necessary documentation.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinating with different departments to promote Product Stewardship through training and effective communication.What we are looking for:University degree in Sciences or Engineering.At least 3-4 years of experience in similar functions.High level of English (spoken and written).Valued:Specialized training, such as: Doctoral thesis in Ecotoxicology, Master's in Pollution, Toxicology, and Environmental Health; Master's in Environmental Health; Master's in Environmental Toxicology and Risk Assessment for Health and the Environment, or similar.
