The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting agents and distributors in the sales of the divisional products. He/She will provide customer support and teamwork with the regional franchise, particularly through partnership with the sales teams.If you are passionate about healthcare products and the opportunity to create a name for yourself in the Trauma product marketspace – this is your chance!Find more information about the division checking the link(s) below:What you will doSell /demonstrate product lines within the operating theatre and clinical environmentProvide customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new customersPlan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achievement of regional sales budget.This encompasses in particular:Monthly Sales action plans coordinated with primary product sales teamCustomer care for hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationOrganization and conduction of training.Identification of local KOLs, proposition of local action plansCoordination of the distribution and logistics of products with the support of the related manager.Regular reporting to Sales Managers, of the development of sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the marketAccomplishment of Sales Actions and control of hospital managementKnowledge of the range of products and their surgical techniquesSegregation of waste in your department.What you needMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field1-2 years' experience within the healthcare or medical devices industryNative or C2 level of SpanishPreferred Qualifications:MBA or MastersExperience working as Product Specialist or similar, in the Orthopedic sector (Trauma, Joint Replacement, Spine)Experience working in Operating RoomsFluent level of EnglishRole details:Territory: Madrid & Castilla La ManchaBased Location: MadridType: FieldTravel percentage: 70%Presence in OR: 40-60%What We OfferCompany Car.
