You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure a rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having the opportunity to collaborate and engage with colleagues in the office.Key Responsibilities:Provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines.Maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our analyzers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Required Profile:Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.Ability to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.Fluent in Spanish and English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Interest in new technologies.Analytical thinking.What do we offer?During the internship, you will get an insight into a global company.
