Scope:
Provide specialized telephone technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines, maintaining an excellent level of communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with the customer to achieve rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised.
We work remotely and the company sends the equipment.
Required profile:
Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.Able to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.Languages: Spanish, English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must.Proactive.Solution-oriented.Teamwork and collaboration.Interest in new technologies.Analytical thinking.
