Product SpecialistWhat are you going to do as a Trial Specialist?As a product Specialist you are responsible to trial, evaluate and report on new experimental varieties in all research stages before the commercial release, in close cooperation with Breeding and Sales teams to support the decision making in the variety development process.You are accountable for the administration, collection and evaluation of trial data in Enza Zaden administration systems and formats as well as following the relevant protocols of the 3rd parties in order to guarantee local quality and phytosanitary compliance of the trials.Working as a trial specialist have an active contribution to the variety decision process as well as the analysis and interpretation of R&D and commercial variety trials and reporting of conclusions and recommendations towards the Enza Zaden Sales team in all phases.Your powerAs a Product Specialist, you have excellent knowledge of agriculture and the seed business.
You possess excellent and effective communication skills.
You know how to work with the Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and you have advanced skills in working with Excel.
You are able to work independently with a clear understanding of the desired direction and priorities based on the organization's vision and strategy.
You are also very flexible, like to travel and work under pressure.In Short, YouBSc or MSc level in Agronomics or Agricultural Technical engineerHave between 5-7 years of relevant work experience.Good organizational skillsFlexible & able to adapt to changesFluent in Spanish and EnglishOur PowerEnza Zaden is a vegetable breeding company that develops vegetable varieties.
