As a Product Specialist, you will educate healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of the product to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will:Use a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support planning, targeting, segmentation, sequential selling, territory analysis and administrationDeliver samples of the product to healthcare providers (HCPs) upon request to facilitate product knowledge and understand treatment efficacy on a small number of patientsIdentify HCPs with special interest in the therapeutic area to support the advocacy of the customer's product and assess their importance to the local businessIdentify and assess local opportunities, and present prudent business cases to the line manager for additional support and/or investment considerationMust fulfill legal requirements for medical reps in country (e.G., Germany §75, Italy ISF, UK ABPI)Experience within primary care/secondary care salesExperience applying a multi-channel approach, including the use of e-detailing, remote call applications, and other digital approaches, e.G., omnichannelValid driver's licenseDesired Requirements:Bachelor's degree in life sciences-related fieldProduct launch experience, especially in GP, CNS and/or neurologyCurrent relationships with HCPs with an interest in the therapeutic areaPrevious experience selling within CNS/neurology/psychiatryAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
