Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesDue to expansion, we are looking to add an additional Product Manager into our sales international team based in Barcelona (Spain).Main purpose of the position is to proactively manage the entire sales life cycle of Mettler Toledo Laboratory products in the scope of Sales International: from product launch material preparation, including training of our sales teams and channel partners, until phase-out of products and act as product and applications support.Product portfolio includes a wide range of Weighting Solutions balances and Analytical Instruments (pH, Titrators, Density Meters, Refractometers, UV Vis spectrophotometers, among others).Tasks:Product launches.Coordination as appropriate of several activities related to: launching events (virtual/face-to-face), training plans and calendar (materials/contents), product demos, pricing and promotional actions among others.Development of seminars, trainings and product demonstrations eGTC, eDemo.Monitor the success of launched sales and marketing activities and work closely with sales teams and partners globally to provide guidance to prepare successful campaigns and activities.Offer second level Technical and Application Support as required, managing partners/sales force requests and contacting our Competence Center/factories as required.Strategic business analysis.Monitor sales evolution by product, segment, region of specific related KPI's.What You Need to SucceedUniversity degree related to Chemistry which ensures a solid Chemistry academic background.At least 2 years in a related sales/customer support role in a B2B environment with technical laboratory products/solutions. Experience in managing distributors/dealers is highly desirable.IT skills, fluent in Microsoft Office.Fully available for traveling (20%) internationally.Excellent presentation and communication skills, proactivity, highly involved and committed to finding solutions for partners.Fluent in Spanish and English.
