PS promotes registered Johnson & Johnson products within registered indications to increase our products' access in collaboration with other functions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaximize Patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway, ensuring sales are maximized, and all sales processes are done respecting J&J compliance, Quality guidelines, and local laws.Maximize Johnson & Johnson's access reach.Ensure Execution excellence.Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.Follow compliance with set guidelines, policies, and SOPs of J&J and local regulation.Main Performance Measures (Performance Goals)Achieving sales and market share target for the assigned territory.Use a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs enlisted in his/her list (face to face, e-mail, phone call, presentations when required) with the set quality and quantity according to CVT strategy.Follow up on sales of assigned accounts (hospitals, pharmacies) for their level of consumption and stocks and follow up on purchasing mechanisms like tenders, order issuing to ensure product availability.Promote Johnson & Johnson's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within his/her assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.Liaise with the Value chain team for reviewing pharmacies listed in distributor's sales report.Full Account Mapping, understanding logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account Stakeholders, and decision-making processes within the account.Develop and maintain long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the Accounts (e.G., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, and Hospital Management).Identify short and long-term business opportunities according to CVT strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.Fulfilling all CIE index and KPIs within the agreed timelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
