Product Specialist Overall Purpose of Job:Responsible for achieving Medical Device product sales to new and established accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.
This job is eligible for sales incentives and sales commissions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of customers in a prescribed territory.Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.Identifies new customers, increases new listings, and maintains partnerships with key opinion leaders and key prescribers.Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.Makes effective visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.Prepares sales reports, market intelligence data, and documents as required.Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.Provides input to sales forecasts and closely monitors sales performance.Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information.Identifies potential impacts to business such as e-bidding and tender.Participates in special projects to improve company performance.Complies with the company's policies and SOPs.Qualifications Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Medical Devices or Life Science.2-3 years of direct experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, or Product Specialist in the Pharmaceutical business, especially in Immunology, with experience in a Hybrid Area.Good command of Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing.Presentation skills and computer literacy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
