Make it your story.This position reports toEL Product Marketing ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid. This role is contributing to the home and building automation market in Electrification Smart Building Business Area in Spain. Main stakeholders are Distribution, Electricians, and System Integrators. You will be mainly accountable for: Understanding and following global or assigned area standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio.Conducting valuation of market size and trends, as well as competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluating ABB's market standing.Ensuring whether technical solutions can be used across the Product Group's offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent.Managing the technical specification of the assigned products and supporting the Product Manager in developing the business case on offer developments, maintenance, and cost reduction.You will join a talented, collaborative, passionate, and hard-working team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in configurators, commissioning tools beyond product specialization and the electrical market.You have 2 years of experience in electrical/electronic market working as technical support, onsite support, electrical operator, system integrator, or similar.Highly adept in KNX system (knowledge of IP network will also be taken into consideration).You are passionate about collaboration, ability to learn, curiosity, self-awareness, and result-oriented.Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control or Automation Engineering, or Vocational Training will be very highly valued.You are at ease communicating in fluent English.You hold a current Spanish work permit.What's in it for you?Work in a company with a strong technology legacy and deeply rooted in local communities.Flexibility: we have hybrid work options, make the best out of them!Evolve in your career: through trainings and our Open Job Market, your career development continues!BenefitsFlexible work practices.Meal allowance
