About the Role: Karl Storz Iberia, is currently searching for a Product Specialist must be the point of interaction between the market, customers, the sales force and the company's internal resources, being the point of reference for all queries related to the product in order to improve customer satisfaction and influence business growth, with a special focus on the introduction of the new products on the field making clinical product demonstrations to customers.
Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Training and clinical support to sales force and customers (product promotion).
• Excellence in Execution of Product Launch projects • Stakeholders Knowledge: o Knows in person channels of influence o Leverages knowledge of the clinical and non-clinical decision making to gain support of internal and external stakeholders.
Market Analytics: o Monitor competitors and market activities to Identify sources of information o Analise and interpret market insights and healthcare environment to identify market opportunities o Help fact base decision making Brand Strategy: o Understand changes in the market o Execute strategies and plans o Apply a consistent strategic framework based in business and marketing objectives and value proposition • Omnichannel communication.
