OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION Drive sales in order to achieve and exceed budget. TASKS Achieve set sales target for the region:Develop launch plan for new Visian Family across the region (Main focus Toric ICL). Train new surgeons in the region. Key account program. Drive ICL / TICL according to set targets. Sales and promotion in territory:Customer structure and strategy. Support customer service:Calculations and complaints. Lead back office resources for selling/marketing/servicing business customers:Proactive communication externally and internally to optimize process outcomes and market results. Market feedback on product performance and improvement requirement:Marketing activities. Practice development in territory. Process improvement:Provide ongoing input and support back office to become efficient and effective. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Education:Certified optician desired. Special Knowledge:Knowledge of medical devices in general.English skills. Personality:Open-minded and flexible.Strong team player.Creative and independent way of working.Strong in concept creation and analysis.
