Job Description You will be responsible for the management of products sourcing projects in collaboration with our international clients, and for the management of products sourcing and logistics activities in collaboration with our Research managers:
Taking briefs from clients, making quotations and writing proposals.
Set up, autonomous management and coordination of products sourcing projects, working closely with our field teams in the different countries where SAM is based, as well as with our partners.
Set up, autonomous management and coordination of logistics to ensure on time arrival of products
Work closely with our logistics partner to manage customs clearance in the most challenging countries
Be a relevant and reliable partner for our clients and our research managers, informing them of progress throughout the sourcing and shipping process.
Participate in internal projects, leverage our expertise and contribute with your opinions and ideas to the growth of the company.
Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree
Excellent communication skills written and speaking in English is essential.
You have fluency with main office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
You are rigorous, responsive and naturally curious; you have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
You have a very good relationship skills, building relationships with colleagues and clients easily; you are open-minded and are open to international relations.
Experience in Sensory and Consumer Research is a plus.
