We are currently looking for a Product Services Coordinator to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
In this function you will coordinate internally the product pre-launch, changes and sunset administrative activities for the Refinish brands, across customer segments.
You will work in close cooperation with the various technical product management functions as well as with other functional groups (Technology, Marketing, Product Stewardship, Operations, Demand, Supply, Sales, Data team, Pricing).
Key responsibilities:Coordinate the product admin tasks with your network for product launches/updates/sunsets and for product transfers to meet the business plans for EMEA region and abroad.Perform specific product data collection to run creation and maintenance of material master data (GMC) in SAP system and monitor the GMC and label code requests & priorities in direct liaise with MDM and act as first line contact for open questions from MDM and business.Drive the OPS and supply network extension in SAP for EMEA region and abroad.Coordinate the creation, maintenance, translation and distribution for Technical Data Sheets for EMEA and abroad.Ensure data quality into the TDS maintenance tool and drive process execution across PIM/TDS tool/translations tool while cooperating closely with various functions: application and training, product platform/segment teams, product Services, marketing and local translator network.Coordinate the creation of branded trade dress labels and timely updates according PSRC input into the Kadanza Packaging & Asset Mgr system in support of E2E label services.
Follow up on label archives with product sunsets.Support business driven projects.Active participation at product services meetings and business/OPS project meetings where product services takes on the execution on the product services. You will report to the Product Service Manager, and work closely together with the Refinish Product Services team and different functional groups.
Key requirements:Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by 3-5 years of successfully experience in a business support function in marketing, product management, R&D; or customer service by preference in an international environment.Excellent knowledge of Axalta business tools: SAP, (X-Ref, PIM is an asset).Conceptual worker with strong analytical skills and know how to organize work.Hands-on team player and a self-starter.Result oriented while maintaining eye on detail.Excellent networking skills and communication skills.Data crunching experience is an asset.Fluent in English.
Knowledge of German or other European languages is an asset.Willing to travel for max.
5-10% of your time in Europe.General MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
