You will be part of an international team, supporting our sales directors and serving as a key connection point between operations, billing, accounting, legal, and other internal departments for daily administrative and operational processes.We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented, reliable, and eager-to-excel individual. Our international environment, broad selection of tech products and services, and high variety of day-to-day activities make this position diverse and challenging.THE CHALLENGE:360° support of our commercial team. You will:Assist our team on all stages of the sales funnel, focusing on admin tasks in our CRM system.Support the team in the workflow of contract preparation, legal approval, and signature process.Work closely with our billing team by curating the billing process for active clients.Use multiple internal tools (Salesforce, QlickSense, Confluence, JIRA, MS Suite) in your day-to-day tasks.Inter-team work and communication.
