YOUR MISSION:
As Global REACH & Product Safety Expert, you will support Product Safety Team for development and successful implementation of Global REACH & Product Safety strategy aligned with business objectives and ensure the compliance to the legal requirements of chemical of Biocontrol/pesticide and Bionutrition legislation globally focus on REACH and Product Safety.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support comprehensive REACH and PS strategy to ensure global compliance of RN raw materials and formulations from the point of view of REACH, GHS, CLP, BPR.
Support execution of projects delegated to Expert such as REACH registrations, massive PCNs, ATP's, massive updates of SDSs and labels, etc.
Maintenance of SDS database.
Support to peers on CLP daily tasks: SDS and label elaboration, PCNs, classification CLP/GHS of formulations, etc.
Support documentation efforts to ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards.
Support R&D and Operations on raw materials homologation in accordance with the regulations: REACH, CLP/GHS, BPR, ADR.
Managing and maintenance of invoices on SAP.
Support on all REACH and REACH-like activities as needed (registers, new mixes, upgrades, audits, etc).
Support to Manager to keep up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Support on tasks derived from non-compliances arising from audits or product complaints by preparing documents and/or dossiers for the relevant regulatory bodies as required.
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1-3 years of professional experience on REACH, CLP, BPR, ADR, PIC.
Background in Chemistry or similar.
Knowledge of IUCLID, REACH-IT, PCNs, SDS software, SAP.
Knowledge of the framework legislation and rules related to EU Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 and the EU Fertiliser Products Regulation (FPR) would be an asset.
Very good proficiency in English language.
Skilled in handling complex topics.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills, structured worker.
