Product Quality Technician - (Gph-94)

Position: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the mission of the Product Quality Technician will be to give support in all processes of quality control, manufacturing control, legislation, formulas and new products for the national and international market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain systems and indicators to measure quality performance in the areas of development and production.
Take the necessary actions (quality monitoring, technical assistance, reinforcement of inspections, etc.) to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Establish and implement a communication strategy necessary to improve and raise awareness of quality issues in all departments (technical department, purchasing, planning, etc.).
Coordinate the team to ensure that the defined quality control processes work as designed and proper prioritization of samples is performed.
Definition of panoply of defects and colour for packaging articles and finished product.
Control and signature of standard samples of packaging articles.
Control and signature of standard production samples.
Compatibility and resistance test of new products and packaging materials.
Definition and establishment of quality tests for new products.
Formulation stability tests.
Management of non-conformity sheets for packaging articles and finished products.
Supplier Quality Performance Assessment.
Accompaniment in the opening of new suppliers.
Quality Procedures.
Internal audits of the Quality Management System according to ISO 22716.
SAP data management and processing.
Profile: Who are you?
Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering.
Valuable Master's Degree in Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
5 years of experience in Quality Control or similar position.
Spanish and English high level (C1).
Advanced user in office tools.
Conocimiento de SAP.
