What do we do? Joining the Product Excellence team in the Product Department, you will be responsible for managing product quality insights and projects, addressing business and customer experience needs.As a team contributor, you will help in implementing and scaling our product quality standards across all destinations, ensuring extraordinary experiences for our customers. Be a part of a team where you will be: Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the product user experience, identifying issues to deliver better value to the customers. Assist in the product onboarding process as well as monitor and contributes to product optimization with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Web, Marketing, Customer Service).Support the development of quality strategies and initiatives to assist the department in achieving product growth and product management goals. Monitoring and of product pages and reviews, to address issues and guarantee Travel Product NPS and CSat targets (corrective action reports and follow-up). Help design, document, and maintain processes within the Product Department.Assist in implementation, audit, and training of quality initiatives to our suppliers and internal teams. Bachelor´s degree in hospitality, travel, tourism or any related field is preferred but not essential. +3 years' experience working with DMC/OTA´s / Experience in Retail is a plus.Proactive, detail and customer oriented, with good organizational skills. Excellent communications and problem-solving skills between external and internal stakeholders. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,CRM is an advantage (Salesforce or similar).Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.
