As a team contributor, you will help in implementing and scaling our product quality standards across all destinations, ensuring extraordinary experiences for our customers.Be a part of a team where you will be:Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the product user experience, identifying issues to deliver better value to the customers.Assisting in the product onboarding process and monitoring product optimization with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Web, Marketing, Customer Service).Supporting the development of quality strategies and initiatives to assist the department in achieving product growth and product management goals.Monitoring product pages and reviews to address issues and guarantee Travel Product NPS and CSat targets (corrective action reports and follow-up).Helping design, document, and maintain processes within the Product Department.Assisting in the implementation, audit, and training of quality initiatives to our suppliers and internal teams.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, or any related field is preferred but not essential.+3 years' experience working with DMC/OTA's; experience in Retail isa plus.Skills:Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented, with good organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills between external and internal stakeholders.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.Flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, and private health insurance with Cobee.Hybrid work model.
