Main Responsibilities We are a technology team of a fast-growing IoT Company, and we now have the opportunity for a Global Product Owner in our Technology Hub in Madrid.
This role works closely with business owners from discovery to implementation of products, driving Verisure Securitas Direct's strategic vision.
Playing a key role as part of an agile development team in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused IoT environment.
Vision, road mapping, and prioritization will be key parts of daily work. Understand different product necessities, from business to technical. Develop in a high-quality environment, implementing SW development best practices and maintaining our platform with a zero bugs target. Interact with internal and external staff, demanding continuous communication and teamwork. Relevant international display (Europe & South America) for technical solution integration. Work closely with Stakeholders and Scrum team to develop and prioritize product backlog. Collaborate with Scrum Master to ensure requirements are managed in a manner that ensures agile best practices are maintained. Translate high-level business requirements/epics into user stories and deliver new products. Help team define acceptance criteria in every user story. Ensure quality and area WoW within his/her teams. Required Qualifications Computer Engineering / Bachelor's Degree Experience in Process Design and Business Analysis Advanced English Defining requirements and creating user stories Experience in working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities Experience in stakeholder management Experience in managing several teams At least 7 years of provable experience in IT Competencies Organized, methodical, and responsible Initiative and ability to work in a team Proactivity and autonomy High communication and negotiation skills Results and customer-oriented Ability to deal with providers Preferred Qualifications Technical background Experience in Digital Channels and Mobile Apps We Offer Passion for our People: We believe that we make a difference every day.
