Product Owner with Scrum experience Purpose: The main task of the product owner is to oversee the development of products from start to finish to meet clients' needs and preferences.
The product owner is responsible for maximizing the product value and assigning the optimal priorities.
The role closely collaborates with the development team and the Scrum Master.
Role and Responsibilities: Collects and understands the user requirements for the product, initiates their holistic discussion, and ensures alignment with the Software strategy.
Able to structure and organize product development in an agile and complex environment.
Maximize the product value and decide which features each product will have.
Proposes priorities, defines sprint scope, takes implementation decisions, and monitors progress.
Reviews sprints together with the team and the stakeholders.
Promotes the product globally, especially after releases, and presents the project status in Technical Reviews.
Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related education is required.
Experience in an agile environment, e.G., Scrum, is needed.
2 years of experience as a Product Owner for complex software solutions.
Must be proficient in spoken and written English; Spanish language skillsare a plus.
Strong communication skills to stakeholders and the development team.
