)2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products1+ years of experience managing people (Product Owners at Revolut directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)Outstanding written and oral communication skillsAn eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practicesHigh analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisationExperience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partnersBias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands-onExperience leading product development and launch from scratchA readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environmentNice to haveA bachelor's degree from a top universityCompensation rangeOther locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
