As the Product Owner for Threats & Insights, you'll be responsible for bringing Swiss Re's threat intelligence to the next level by building and leading a team focused on collecting threat data, assessing risks and helping to strengthen the defences of our cyber security landscape.

About the team The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re.
We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, as well as defining and advancing the company's security strategy.
As part of the Security Team, the Swiss Re Threats & Insights (T&I; ) team's mission is to analyse and track threats targeting Swiss Re.
We're looking for a new lead who'll ensure that Threat Intelligence is providing insights to all relevant stakeholders.
In your role, you will: Build and lead a high-performing team of threat intelligence analysts Set the scope and objectives for the team, mapped to prioritised corporate assets and risks Own and maintain the team's backlog Collect, analyse, and share information on meaningful actors, events, and attributes Regularly provide threat intelligence assessments and insights to all relevant cross-functional stakeholders to inform strategic and tactical response activities Develop and maintain expertise in a wide variety of technology platforms, threat vectors, and threat actors in order to track cyber campaigns using internal and external data Your qualifications What we need from you: Operational experience in building and leading threat intelligence-focused teams 6+ years of experience with all-source cyber intelligence analysis Experience with generating high-quality reports for all levels of cyber threat intelligence-oriented audiences Strong data analysis skills and scripting experience (Python, SQL, Azure-KQL, or other) Strong client-oriented and proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach Flexible, responsible, and self-confident personality, who feels comfortable in a global environment as well as within an international team Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English being a must Nice-to-have: A degree in Business Information Technology or in a technical field (e.G., Computer Science) Ability to maximise online researching expertise to identify and navigate relevant online forums, including web sites, social media, and traditional sources to support research and analysis Practical and demonstrable experience with structured analytics techniques in the context of threat intelligence Experience with cyber security frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc
