Your roleThe role is within the environment of our Enterprise Tools. The Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximising the value of these tools by means of effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape. As a member of an international team, the product owner works closely with internal stakeholders, the product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize them, considering the support that must be delivered on existing tools and future plans. Together with the team, you take end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and follow up on projects from start to finish.
The Salesforce Service Cloud team is responsible for service management in our enterprise value chain, meaning that all customer inquiries regarding the services they have purchased come through this tool and are then distributed to the correct persons in the company. The focus is to ensure that customer requests are handled by someone in SD Worx for all countries we are active in.

Able to quickly gain insight into the SD Worx business and translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.Experience in working in Agile squads.Experience in an international environment is a plus.Strong process thinking and a continuous optimization attitude.Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with a strong focus on scale and standardization.Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring the team understands requirements correctly.Responsible for defining necessary competencies in the squad together with the scrum master, agile coach, and tribe lead.Team player and flexible.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a proactive and can-do attitude.Which tasks can you expect?Make final decisions on product development after consulting the team.Illustrate the business context, problem area, and possible solutions in close collaboration with Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.Co-develop a product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead, product managers, and other product owners in related product areas.Validate the product vision with internal customers.Define and prioritize the product backlog and manage the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.Implement the product roadmap and release planning.Ensure the technical stability of the product by defining product requirements, ensuring completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and clarify requirements if needed.Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio.Participate in the tribe's roadmap, program, and release planning.Provide regular and structured reporting on the enterprise tools.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
