The Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximizing the value of these tools by means of effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.As a member of an international team, the Product Owner works closely with internal stakeholders, the product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize them for the team, considering the support that must be delivered on the existing tools and future plans.Together with the team, you take end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and follow up on projects from start to finish.
The Salesforce Service Cloud team is responsible for service management in our enterprise value chain, ensuring that all questions from customers regarding the services they have purchased are addressed appropriately.What Do We Have to Offer?

Degree in IT/IT related fields or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with experience in Salesforce and Service Management Processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to quickly gain insight into the SD Worx business.Can translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.Experience working in Agile squads.Experience in an international environment is a plus.Strong in process thinking with an attitude of continuous optimization.Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.Strong focus on scale and standardization.Strong stakeholder management skills.Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Tribe Lead.Team player and flexible.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Proactive and can-do attitude.Which Tasks Can You Expect?
