Your role The role is within the environment of our Enterprise Tools, the Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximising the value of these tools by means of, amongst others, effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.
As a member of an international team, the product owner is working closely together with internal stakeholders, the product team as well as other teams to create user stories and to prioritize these for the team, thereby considering the support that must be delivered on the yet existing tools and the future plans.
Together with the team you take the end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and you follow up on projects from start to finish.
The Salesforce Service Cloud team is responsible for the service management in our enterprise value chain meaning that all questions of our customers around the services they have bought from us are coming through this tool and then are distributed to the correct persons in the company that need to follow up or answer these questions.
The focus is thus making sure that customers' requests are handled by someone in SD Worx for all countries that we are active in.

What do you have to offer?
Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.
Min 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally experience in Salesforce and Service Management Processes Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to acquire quickly a good insight into the SD Worx business.
Can translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.
Experience in working in Agile squads.
Working in international environment is considered as a plus.
Strong in process thinking, attitude of continuous optimization.
Can prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong focus on scale and standardization.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Making sure the team understands requirements correctly.
Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the scrum master, agile coach and the tribe lead.
Being a team player and flexible.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
Proactive and can-do attitude.
Which tasks can you expect?
Make final decisions on the product development (after listening to the team) Illustrate the business context, problem area and possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with the Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
Co-development of a product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead, product managers and other product owners in other squads, responsible for related product-areas.
Validation of the product vision with internal customers.
Responsible for the definition and prioritization of the product backlog.
Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.
Responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap and release planning.
Responsible for the technical stability of the product.
Define product requirements, taking care of the completeness, integrity and technical consistency.
Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and, if needed, clarify requirements.
Communication with stakeholders as well as suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
Participate in the tribe's roadmap, program and release planning.
Regular and structured reporting on the enterprise tools.
