Corporate IT & Data Solutions (CIDS) is responsible for all internally focussed tools regarding our enterprise value chain. The major products in this enterprise value chain are Salesforce, SAP (4HANA) and our in house built Corporate Data Management.

As a member of aninternational team, the product owner is working closely together with internalstakeholders, the product team as well as other teams to create user storiesand to prioritise these for the team, thereby considering the support that mustbe delivered on the yet existing tools and the future plans. Together with theteam you take the end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and youfollow up on projects from start to finish. You would become Product Owner ofSD Worx' Salesforce Sales and Marketing domain, entailing lead management,opportunity management, forecasting,.. up until closing a contract. Bringing acorporate-wide standard towards our sales and marketing colleagues, enablingthe future growth of SD Worx.
Key responsibilities Make final decisions on the product development (in close collaboration with your squad)Illustrate the business context, problem area + possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with marketing excellence, sales operations and the Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers. Validation of the product vision and prioritized roadmap with internal stakeholders in our commercial excellence departmentCo-development of a product vision and synchronise with the tribe lead and other product owners in other squads, responsible for related product-areas.Responsible for the definition and prioritisation of the product backlogResponsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirementsResponsible for the implementation of the product roadmap and release planning Responsible for the technical stability of the productDefine product requirements, taking care of the completeness, integrity and technical consistencyParticipate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and, if needed, clarify requirementsCommunication with stakeholders as well as suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolioParticipate in the tribe's roadmap, programme and release planningRegular and structured reporting on the enterprise toolsTeam focused collaboration in an international and agile teamMaking sure the team understands requirements correctlyInteraction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD WorxResponsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the scrum master, Agile Coach and Tribe Lead Your profile & added value University degree (Master or bachelor) or equal through experienceMultiple years of experience in analysing sales and marketing processes and requirementsStrong experience in product managementYou have +3 years of experience of successfully working with CRM technologiesStrong experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloudStrong communication skills and skills to work in teams, also in other parts of the companySystem-thinking and handlingAgile thinking and working is a givenPragmatic focus on result and achieving the goalsYou know how to work in a multi-cultural and international environmentYou know how to interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements and to prioritise theseProfessional knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
