Product Owner (S-162)

We are present in over 90 countries, with subsidiaries or exclusive agencies.
To build up additional Scrum Teams in an international environment at our facilities in Metrohm DropSens (Asturias – Spain), for the development of our new OMNIS software platform for managing all Metrohm instruments, we are looking for a Product Owner.
Responsibilities:Lead a Scrum Team from a software requirements point of view.Break down software requirements into epics and stories.Work with your Scrum Team to define solutions that can be implemented in a timely manner during the sprint.Collaborate with other Product Owners based in Spain, Switzerland, and Slovakia to deliver value every sprint.Maintain direct contact with other departments (e.g., product management, laboratory, hardware, and firmware) to clarify questions regarding the implementation of user stories.Help the team apply agile principles and practices and to improve.Profile:Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or in a technical area.Several years of experience in agile software development.Experience as Product Owner or several years in requirement engineering in an agile environment.Communicative and proactive personality, proficient in modern presentation, communication, and moderation techniques.
