Team Overview We are CPBI: the Criteo Performance Business Intelligence team.
Our main mission is to deliver highly automated, intuitive, and consumable self-service analytics and reporting.
Our audience is wide and ranges from the C-Level to FP&A and the commercial teams.
Whether it's forecasting based off CRM sales pipeline or using account receivables statistics to estimate bad debt, CPBI is here to help Criteo make smarter data-driven decisions on a diverse set of business and strategic matters.

Your main mission will be to: Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect their needs and requirements.
Design KPIs and visuals that will help them measure performance.
Monitor and drive usage of our reporting suite via training, UX improvements, and strategy.
Challenge senior executives' requests to drive high ROI and scalability of our projects.
Be in sync with the company strategy and transformation, thinking 2 steps ahead to future KPIs and analytics requirements.
Work in an agile method with our end users, getting regular and quick feedback.
Project manage the delivery of key items in the team roadmap.
Occasionally dabble in SQL scripts, datasets, and Power BI dashboards.
Who you are: Strong stakeholder management with the ability to drive alignment and consensus.
Macro-to-micro versatility: strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills to manage relationships horizontally, downwards, and upwards.
Fluent in English and experience in working in an international environment.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Knowledge of analytics and BI tools.
Team player and problem-solving mindset.
