Product Owner (Payments)

As a Product Owner we are looking for someone who is curious and not afraid to ask questions. You should be passionate about learning and have an eye for detail whilst using data to inform your decisions.
Working alongside the Product Manager you will be getting into the detail of the work that they will discuss with you at a high level. From then on it's up to you to liaise with your stakeholders, UX and tech in order to make sure the outcomes are clearly defined and what we build will deliver value to the business and customer, whether that is an internal customer using our tools or an end user going through our payment journeys. You will be the voice of that customer and as such will need a high level of communication both verbal and written to ensure nothing is lost in translation.
What you will do: Understand the company OKRs and how the payment vision aligns with themDiscuss detailed requirements with stakeholders after reviewing the initiative with the product managerCreate user flows for your journeys when neededBreak down into detailed user stories during refinement sessions with your teamWork with the delivery manager to ensure any dependencies or risks are managed correctlyEnsure features are aligned with stakeholder expectations and that they are kept up to date with: Release dates; Possible impact to players or internal users; Impact to other departments like BI, AML or complianceLead, prioritise and manage incidents effectively for quick resolution, with proactive communication and reduced negative business impactDocument features in ConfluenceWho you are: Have previous experience with payments for both integrations and front-end user journeysData aware and passionate about investigating the "what" and "why" of our domainHave a technical background or strong understanding of technologyAble to communicate with stakeholders and dev teams to make sure both sides are understoodHave an agile mindsetMeasures of Success: Prioritised backlog for maximum value and in line with domain goalsOne sprint worth of self-contained valuable work ready for the teamsBacklog aligned with the product strategy and prioritiesAligned and demonstrating Lottoland values and behavioursWhat's in it for you: A dynamic and highly motivated international team of skilled and experienced professionalsContinuous learning based on a training & development programAnnual Bonus25 days per annum of annual leave, plus 14 bank holidays – that can be taken at any time during the year subject to management approval.Remote work allowance (equal to 50 EUR/gross monthly)Educational opportunities
