Product Owner (Payments)

As a Product Owner we are looking for someone who is curious and not afraid to ask questions.
You should be passionate about learning and have an eye for detail whilst using data to inform your decisions.
Working alongside the Product Manager you will be getting into the detail of the work that they will discuss with you at a high level.
From then on it's up to you to liaise with your stakeholders, UX and tech in order to make sure the outcomes are clearly defined and what we build will deliver value to the business and customer, whether that is an internal customer using our tools or an end user going through our payment journeys.
You will be the voice of that customer and as such will need a high level of communication both verbal and written to ensure nothing is lost in translation.
What you will do: Understand the company OKRs and how the payment vision aligns with them Discuss detailed requirements with stakeholders after reviewing the initiative with the product manager Create user flows for your journeys when needed Break down into detailed user stories during refinement sessions with your team Work with the delivery manager to ensure any dependencies or risks are managed correctly Ensure features are aligned with stakeholder expectations and that they are kept up to date with: Release dates; Possible impact to players or internal users; Impact to other departments like BI, AML or compliance Lead, prioritise and manage incidents effectively for quick resolution, with proactive communication and reduced negative business impact Document features in Confluence Who you are: Have previous experience with payments for both integrations and front-end user journeys Data aware and passionate about investigating the "what" and "why" of our domain Have a technical background or strong understanding of technology Able to communicate with stakeholders and dev teams to make sure both sides are understood Have an agile mindset Measures of Success: Prioritised backlog for maximum value and in line with domain goals One sprint worth of self-contained valuable work ready for the teams Backlog aligned with the product strategy and priorities Aligned and demonstrating Lottoland values and behaviours What's in it for you: A dynamic and highly motivated international team of skilled and experienced professionals Continuous learning based on a training & development program Annual Bonus 25 days per annum of annual leave, plus 14 bank holidays – that can be taken at any time during the year subject to management approval.
