Product Owner (M/F/D) - T-494

Job Definition: - Acting as an interface between all product-specific internal and external stakeholders, including regular contact with customers and users.- Filling in the product backlog and prioritizing the backlog items with focus on delivering value-added product increments.- Continuous evaluation as well as adaptation and further development of the product.- Close cooperation with the agile development team as well as the Agile Master, to ensure that the requirements are understood, refined and implemented in the team.- Decision on delivery time, functionality and costs of the software version.- Creation and maintenance of a release plan and a product roadmap.
Job Qualification: - Professional experience in agile software and product development within cross-functional and international teams.- Very good knowledge of agile methods and tools.- Well versed in agile methods and tools (e.G., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, XP, Design Thinking).- Experience in managing the expectations of the various stakeholders.- Requirements and Backlog Management skills.- Fluent English language skills, German as an advantage.
