You will belong to an international and multidisciplinary agile DevOps team in charge of transforming the operations of BASF warehouses by applying consulting and latest technologies, including mobile applications, IoT devices, cloud computing, among others.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAs the Product Owner for Inventory & Stock Room Management:You will receive, structure, prioritize and coordinate all the requirements from our customers, internal business partners, our warehouse managers, and SAP basis/security teams to prioritize their demand.You will collaborate with our internal team of functional and technical experts and decide the best way to meet our customer demands.You will enhance our Stakeholder Management Approach, focusing more on the customer.You will increase the collaboration with our providers, managing all purchase and performance-related tasks and guardrails with the operational team.You will discuss and align our and their relevant cross-enhancements and changes with cross-teams, such as OTC; PTP, TM, Master & Business Partner, QM, MFG, PP for all new S4 Hana Instances and R3.Together with the product manager, you will develop and steer the strategy for our products and sub-products, ensuring close cooperation with SAP to stay informed on potential Stock Room Management Strategy directions and becoming a key stakeholder for SAP.You will coordinate the DevOps Team to ensure smooth multi-ERP integration for BASF.You will ensure all cybersecurity assessments and reviews are up to date for all interfaces, following a zero-trust principle.You will further enable automation, AI or other enhancement projects.You will review our quantity structures and capabilities.REQUIREMENTSOverall, we are looking for a senior profile with more than 5 years' experience in SAP WM/Stock Room Management, SAP LES (Logistics Execution) or SAP EWM Module or as a product owner for similar SAP modules.Project management skills are a plus.We require:More than 1.5 years of experience as functional or technical consultant in SAP in the SAP WM environment.More than 1.5 years in a coordination role, such as project manager or product owner.More than 3 years in logistics and/or chemical industries.High motivation to overcome challenges.Structured person.Very good English and general communication skills, both oral and written.Growth mindset and self-driven motivation to lead disruptive initiatives.Team player in a global environment.German would be a plus, as we have a majority of our stakeholders located in Germany.WHAT WE OFFERA secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities
