Spain - Negotiable - Manager Role - Level: SeniorJob description:Product OwnerWhat You'll Do:Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap, including feature prioritization across countries in EMEA.Develop new use cases and enhance existing functionality to stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with an autonomous, agile team including UX, Developers, QA and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments by participating actively in the user-stories definition and corresponding agile ceremonies.Understand strategic and competitive position in the countries, working with regional teams and customers to define and deliver best-in-class, sustainable and competitive products.Work closely with the marketing team to develop product documentation such as presentations and sales material and coordinate go-to-market activities.Track and analyze product performance metrics (Analytics, NPS) driving data-based decisions.What You'll Bring:At least 2 years of international product management experience in technical product.Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban/DDD/Gherkin) Software Development frameworks.Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through research, data, and customer insights.Excellent communication and team skills. You know how to lead the product, the development team and collaborate with all key players and stakeholders.Excellent written and communication skills in English; additional languages can be a plus.
