The reward here is full trust in you and your capabilities to make the right decision.The RoleThe Mid Product Owner role for the Front-End will be working directly with the Front-End onboarding and retention teams to ensure that the product is evolving in line with the vision and company OKRs. This role will also drive alignment across the Framework, Retention roadmap and CMS roadmaps to ensure delivery of product of the highest quality for both player and operator usability.Focused on driving the KPIs that are important to our client, we are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy product professional who has a firm grasp on how to deliver a great product to satisfy both operators and players needs. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative in equal measure with the capability to identify areas of improvement and new product innovations with the ability to communicate the justification and gain approval from senior stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOverall ownership of the Product Roadmaps, including prioritization, delivery time and communication of deliverables to key stakeholders.Ensuring that all product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specification and the best UX/UI possible by working closely with the Design team.Reviewing peers' product requirements and documentation.Working with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.Developing and implementing product consistent with company vision.Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.Coordinating cross-functional dependencies.Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.Making creative recommendations to expand product base, commercial opportunities and vision.Suggesting ways to track product use and impact on end users.Building relationships across the business to ensure that the product vision is part of everyone's DNA.Minimum RequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.Experience in product lifecycle management.Familiarity with Agile framework.Organisational and leadership abilities.Excellent communication skills.Problem-solving aptitude.Creative thinking skills.Benefits100% Remote Working/ Hybrid Working Mode.Flexible working hours.Private Healthcare.GiG Wellbeing Benefit.Birthday Leave.Free Lunches.Free Parking.
