Your Responsibilities:
Management of user information: Account, Preferences, Wishlist, Address, Segmentation.
Care for loyalty products as they are developed.
Collaborate with the UPO or CPO to understand stakeholder needs and propose an adequate product roadmap.
Interact with stakeholders across all chains to gather their needs.
Role as Product Owner.
Your Profile:
Experience as PM or PO, preferably.
Experience in eCommerce contexts.
API Product Experience, familiarity with the definition of APIs as a product, and the API-First approach.
Experience in Agile / Scrum work environments.
Experience in data-driven decision making.
Previous experience working with objectives and key results (OKR).
Experience in leading multifunctional teams and decision making.
Experience in dealing with management, customers, and users.
