In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of backend employee systems including HR Workday, expense report system harmonization and management, travel system, and DocuSign as well as lead the learning and adoption team.
Within the PMO, Learning & IT performance department, the Learning and Adoption Team is responsible for equipping employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.You will collaborate closely with the HR department and business process owner, IT Project Managers, Scrum Masters, leadership teams, and other departments to ensure overall delivery quality.
This position is created in the context of an IT transformation, including a move to agile practices.Responsibilities:Strategic prioritization of productCollaborate with business teams (group and local) to understand and anticipate their IT needs to develop product requirements/user stories.Develop product initiative roadmap and manage the roll-out of each.Ensuring product is built to the agreed requirement and spec outlined from the outset.Co-construct the IT vision & pipeline for the product with main stakeholders.Manage the business backlog of initiatives and prioritize them based on requirements and ROI in collaboration with PMO, other product owners, leadership teams.Management of Delivery & Quality: from requirement to release.Ensure quality of requirements that can be designed and delivered by the team (and understood by development teams).Monitor the delivery cycle for the product including systematic testing, training, documentation, and communication included.Organize the prioritization of work with agile squads with support of scrum master.Maintain a strong relationship with business stakeholders to keep them involved in the process at the right level.Involve the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.Gather and monitor benefits of initiatives in pipeline with appropriate KPIs to include in IT performance dashboards.Communicate on achievement with all stakeholders.Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.Learning and Adoption ManagementLead implementation of the VLE platform restructuring, including changes of solutions, and video content creation with AI voice platform if appropriate.Build and monitor successful completion of initiatives/projects with all IT stakeholders, including change, training, appropriate testing, and correct involvement of business stakeholders.Build and monitor a monthly dashboard to review the usage of implemented solutions (to share with BPO Director & CIO).Organize a communication plan around collaboration & VLE initiatives.Build and follow up project plans as needed.Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time related to the position.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youBachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Certification as product owner is a plus (CSPO / PSPO) but not mandatory.Demonstrate successful experience as Product Owner or similar role within an IT organization, preferably with experience in data and analytics tools or ERP systems.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.Organization and resilience will be key along with a customer-centric mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across various departments and regions.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration and drive consensus among stakeholders with differing priorities.Solid business process understanding to translate needs into actionable requirements, curriculum, and training courses.Resilience and persistence to overcome resistance to change.Previous project management experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.Technological awareness and willingness to work with a wide range of technologies.Management abilities to lead and inspire a team.Strong adaptability, ability to think outside the box, and flexibility.Some references to some international experience (if possible).ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | What you need to knowRole based either in France (Boulogne) or Spain (Madrid or Barcelona).Possibility to work remotely several days per week.
