We are thrilled to have more than 23 nationalities working together and very proud to see that our products and services are enjoyed by millions of users monthly around the globe.Key Responsibilities You're our perfect candidate if you:CRO Management and Execution: Under the management of the CRO Manager, coordinate and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy focused on the initial funnel of our apps, particularly on the onboarding and activation flow. Work closely with product owners and UX/UI designers to ensure the coordination of CRO initiatives with the functional evolution of the product. Coordinate with the CRO UX and CRO development teams to deliver new acquisition pages, including onboarding screens, paywalls, and other related elements.Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze user behavior and data to find actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels.A/B Testing and Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve onboarding processes and overall conversion rates. Implement best practices for testing and optimization to enhance user experience and engagement.Collaboration and Communication: Integrate onboarding processes seamlessly with the rest of the marketing and acquisition funnel to ensure a cohesive user journey.Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key metrics and financial performance related to onboarding and funnel optimization. Report on the performance and impact of A/B tests and optimization initiatives.Requirements Your expertise in a nutshell:Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts). Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Amplitude, and/or RevenueCat is a plus.Excellent communication skills.Strong leadership abilities, capable of working in cross-functional teams.Passionate about technology, with experience working alongside developers, designers, product owners, and other professionals.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management, negotiating and influencing to build consensus.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.Familiarity with agile methodologies.Experience as a Product Owner in a mobile app project.Passionate about the mobile world
