Responsible for the ROI.Product backlog management, its refinement, and work item creation and prioritization.Create product roadmaps and plans.Provide feedback on product matters, clarifying goals, and ensuring that everyone understands the product vision.Collaborate with other Scrum Team members: early, often, respectfully, transparently, being available regularly, and responding with adequate speed and attention.Conduct user research to understand the customers' needs.Mandatory Skills:Product Owner certification with more than 2 years' experience in Agile Methodology; or acting as Product Owner without official certification for at least 3 years.Leadership and interpersonal communication skills.Previous professional experience in Client Facing Management.Experience applying agile practices to handle the product discovery process: Lean UX, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or Service Design.Experience in User Story Mapping Techniques.Experience in ordering/prioritizing Product Backlog Items.Experience in creating suitable KPIs related to product outcomes (lead-time from idea to an available feature, cycle time for valuating ideas, or customer satisfaction rates).Interest in working in an information systems environment.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.Nice to Have:High English Level.
