You lead a Scrum Team from a software requirements point of view, you are responsible, with your scrum team, to break down software requirements into epics and stories. You work with your Scrum Team to define solutions that can be implemented in a timely manner during the sprint. You work in an international scaled agile environment and you collaborate with the other Product Owners based in Spain, Switzerland and Slovakia to deliver values every sprint. You are in direct contact with other departments (e.g. product management, laboratory, hardware and firmware) to clarify questions regarding the implementation of the user stories. You help the team to apply agile principles and practices and to improve. Your profile: You have a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or in a technical area. You have several years of experience in the agile software development and you would like to make a big difference by taking responsibility for coordination and organization. You have experience as Product Owner or several years in requirement engineering in an agile environment. You are a communicative and proactive person and uses modern presentation, communication & moderation technics. You lead with passion and you enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in an international environment. You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment and appreciate the exchange with specialists in chemistry, electronics and software. High English language level required.
