Job Overview The Product Owner will be responsible for defining, organizing, prioritizing, and assessing the work for our Development Team, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints.
The person in this role will work with other Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Development Teams in Agile software development processes to define product requirements, ensure quality, track progress, and manage product releases.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams so that the Agile Scrum Team can successfully organize and complete the sprint software development lifecycle.
A Day In The Life Lead Development Teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
Work closely with Product Managers and Business Teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business needs and priorities.
Groom and prioritize backlog.
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams, including acceptance criteria.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize features and stories (requirements) to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
Mitigate/Remove roadblocks to achieve sprint and release goals.
Help lead product release plans and set expectations to deliver new functionalities.
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Ensure quality and completeness of the team's work.

3+ years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar role.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
Strong English-speaking and English-writing skills.
